Service Fees

In-shop Service runs $40 per hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour. We offer a full range of services including operating system re-installs, hardware and software troubleshooting, internal cleaning of dust to prevent overheating, consulting, and anything else you may need us to do.

In-Field Service runs $60 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour as well as a possible 1/2 hour travel charge outside a 15 mile radius of downtown Grants Pass. We prefer not to do virus and spyware scans in the field as they can take up to as much as 48 to 72 hours to complete and can be prohibitively expensive.

Diagnostics and repair estimates are FREE.

Comprehensive Virus and Spyware Scans

We have developed and tested a very thorough and reliable method for cleaning all manner of viruses and spyware using a system based on Bart’s Preinstalled Environment (BartPE) bootable live windows CD that allows us to access the contents of an infected drive with many different programs without booting from the infected drive itself. This prevents the viruses from running in memory and hiding from our scanners. We are constantly adding and revising the programs included in our disc to stay on top of the latest virus and spyware threats.

Quality Hardware

We offer a complete line of quality hardware that we have tested and used ourselves and we believe is the best value for your money. We offer a one year warranty with all hardware purchases as well as free installation and testing. We have put together three pre-configured system builds that will serve the needs of both a small office or home environment as well as those of a hard core gaming enthusiast. We can also custom build a machine to meet your specific needs or preferences.
